Event Description

Welcome to the 2nd Annual SSG Michael Ollis 5K Run & 2-Mile Walk (the "Ollis"). In 2017, the inaugural event had over 700 participants and we hope to grow on that success in this year's event.  Thanks to your help, the Ollis has grown into one of Staten Island's largest and premier running events.

The Ollis is organized by the SSG Michael Ollis Freedom Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, and is scored by Richard Re of ScoreYourRace.com.   After payment of race expenses, all proceeds are used by the Ollis Freedom Foundation to provide assistance and support to combat veterans re-entering civilian life.

Bib Pick-Up Details

Runners and walkers can pick up their bibs and t-shirts on Thursday, June 7 and Friday, June 8 from 5-9pm at the SSG Michael Ollis VFW Post located at 575 Mill Road.
