Event Description

Hudson Valley Justice Center (HVJC) is hosting a 5K Run/Walk fundraising event on May 19, 2018 at 10 am in Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers, NY.  This will be an exciting opportunity for our community of clients, partners and supporters to enjoy gathering in a beautiful setting, exercise through friendly competition and help support the work of HVJC in promoting social and economic justice through non-profit legal advocacy. 

The mission of the Hudson Valley Justice Center is to advance social and economic justice in the lower and mid-Hudson Valley region through legal advocacy.  We partner with grassroots community organizations to identify unmet needs and provide free legal assistance to individuals and groups in a range of issue areas to support collective movements for change.  Hudson Valley Justice Center operates free from federal funding restrictions and our services are available to all eligible persons regardless of immigration status.

Event details and schedule

All participants should arrive by no later than 9:15am, at race location for packet pick up and pre race instructions.
