Back and BIGGER than ever - our 17th Annual Teal Ribbon Run/Walk!!!!! 

Year after year, survivors, advocates and care givers join together to walk and run for an end to ovarian cancer. The Teal Ribbon Run/Walk, coordinated by Caring Together, Inc., seeks to raise awareness of ovarian cancer and raise funds in support of research toward developing an early detection test as well as more effective treatment options for women with recurrent ovarian cancer.

5K run and a one mile walk both start and finish at the Washington Park Lake House on the west (Madison Avenue) side of the Park. Paved roads throughout. There are awards, raffles, prizes, and ovarian cancer awareness materials.

The 2017 Run/Walk raised over $120,000 with proceeds going to support research and awareness activities. In 2017 we funded direct research grants, awareness booths throughout the Capital Region, educational programs and presentations, and created a new marketing strategy to reach more and more women.  This race funds all of those projects and more - thank you for joining us again this year! 

NOTE:  WE WILL HAVE PRE-RACE T-SHIRT AND BIB PICK-UP AT FLEET FEET IN ALBANY ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH FROM 10:00 a.m. TO 2:00 p.m.

In order to receive a race t-shirt, registration must be in by midnight August 31, 2017
