Event Description

REGISTRATION
PRE-REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY FOR THIS EVENT, and YOU MUST COME TO CHECK IN BY 1030 AM.

COURSES and FORMAT - THE WHOLE RACE IS ON SUNDAY, ALL DIVISIONS, ALL RACERS, BOTH TRACKS.
This race will be two simple one run affairs, each rider getting one run down each course on Sunday.
Courses will be marked and closed to the public during racing.  Access the courses via Chair 1.  

FIRST COURSE -
     Runaway Train - our flagship DH trail.  From the top of the trail all the way to the start of the road section at the bottom.
SECOND COURSE -
     Kashmir-Cyndi's Loppers - Race Kashmir from the top of CH 2 and continue down to the bottom of Cyndi's Loppers root section.

ENTRY FEES AND LIFT TICKETS
     Entry Fee - $30 (Cat 1 & 2).  $20 (Cat 3 Only)

     Discounted lift tickets (~$25) are available for the day of the event.  
     Pick up your number plate and lift ticket (if needed) at registration on Race Day.

SCHEDULE
     10am - Online Registration closes at 10am on race day.  
     10:00 - 10:30am -Check in at the ticket office by the bottom of Chair 1 Lift Plaza 

     11 am - Competitors' Meeting at start of Runaway Train (down summit trail)
     11:15 -  Race Start -Race Start on Runaway Train
     2:00 pm - Kashmir Race Start. 
     4:30 pm - Awards on the Base Lodge Patio.  Badrock stops loading bikes at 5:30, which could be just after awards.  If you want to stay later we recommend driving down to the Base Lodge.

CATEGORIES/AGES/DIVISIONS
*all categories run the same track, it is more of who you are competing against.

CATEGORIES
     CAT 1- Fastest riders out there ( Pro, CAT 1, Expert)
     CAT 2- Can't hang with the fastest, but still pretty quick (CAT 2, Sport)
     CAT 3- New to downhill racing (CAT 3, Beginner)
