Event Description

Running: it’s as simple as putting one foot in front of another.  We all know it doesn’t always feel that easy. In the run stronger clinic we will enjoy a run on the Boulder Creek Path followed by a workout on CU’s track.  Throughout the run and track workout we will teach running cues and drills to help you keep form and stay strong.  The run will be followed by a strength for running mat based workout. 

Then enjoy lunch as Dana leads us on how to Crush your Goals.  We believe in the power of goals and in this session we will work with through the goal-setting process; and the strategies and exercises on the what, why and how behind setting and achieving realistic goals.
