Event Description

TBF Training Practice Triathlon

This event offers a .25 mile swim-5 mile bike-1 mile run course with Coaching and Instruction from TBF Triathlon Coaches. It is a great preparation race for your first or next Triathlon. 

The swim will take place at Beals Point, Folsom Lake. Water temperature will be in the mid 60's or colder. TBF Training is providing FREE XTERRA Wetsuits to the first 50 triathletes needing one for the swim. 

Aid station will be stocked with ice cold water, Hammer Nutrition energy gels, and FLUID Electrolyte beverage. 

Pre-race warm up, Transitition set-up and post race advice will be available FREE from TBF Triathlon Coaches.
