Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend 2019 20K/5K

Join us for the 2019 Phelps Sauerkraut 20K. With Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend in its 53rd year, the Phelps Sauerkraut 20K is the oldest race in the Finger Lakes! Both 20K & 5K are USATF certified courses.

6:00am - 20K Registration Opens
7:00am - 5K Registration Opens
7:00am - 20K Early Start (offered for anyone who runs a 12 minute mile or slower, only)
8:00am - 20K Regular Start
8:30am - 5K Start

Race day registration and 20K/5K start at: Phelps Community Center (8 Banta Street, Phelps)
Pre-Race packet pickup available at Fleet Feet @ the Armory (155 Culver Rd, Rochester 14620) on Friday, August 2 from 10am-7pm.

Awards:
Finisher ribbons for all 20K and 5K participants
Medals for:
20K - Overall M/F & Top 3 in 5 year age groups
5K - Overall M/F & Top 3 in 5 year age groups

Includes:
Chip timing, post-race food plus a can of sauerkraut!
For the 20K and 5K races all those registered by June 30, 2019 will be guaranteed a tech shirt!
