LET'S LUAU!

We are beyond excited for this ultra fun 5k and Luau!  This unique Friday night event will be hosted outside of the Cool Springs Fitness Pool on the patio.   Let's start the weekend off with a super fun and festive 5k race.  then follow it up with a luau, some awesome Island themed refreshment, complimentary beer, and lots of fun!

Race Location:    Start and finish will be on Cornell Rd.  Just outside of the Cool Springs Fitness Parking Lot

Course Description:   The Sunset Tiki 5K will be a 3.1 Mile out and back rolling course with 1 water stop that participants will pass 2x.  Mile markers will be marked.

Awards:   Top 3 overall Men and Women, Top 3 AG (15 and Under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)

Pre-registration of over 100 will modify Awards to 5 year grouping

RACE DAY:  Race Day Registration and Bib Pick Up Begin at 6:00 PM at Cool Spring Fitness
