How much does it cost?

The entry fee for the main course is $85.  This includes a technical race specific shirt, parking, beverage ticket, custom finisher medal, swag bag full of goodies from local businesses, finish line nutrition provided by Humm Kumbucha and Newport Avenue Market and bag check.

How much is the Sprouts Course entry fee?

The entry fee for the kids (ages 4 -12) course is $25. This includes a finisher coin, coaching from Abstract In Motion Parkour gym owner Eric Corrales and his team, swag bag and two Pumpkin Patch events.

Is there a penalty for not completing an obstacle?

We want all competitors to at least ATTEMPT the obstacle.  If a solid attempt is made (there will be obstacle coaches and judges at each obstacle to cheer you on) and the obstacle is failed, there is no penalty lap.  If the competitor bypasses the obstacle entirely, a penalty a lap will be required.  The Penalty Lap will be towards the end of the race and identified as such.

How does the Team entry work?  Is it a relay?

Teams start and finish together.  It is not a relay.  Every team member must complete not only the team specific obstacles, but all the individual obstacles as well.  If any team member bypasses an obstacle, the entire team will be assigned a penalty lap.

Is there an official score keeper?

Yes.  We have partnered with Time2Race, professional computerized sports timing for multi-sports events.

Is camping allowed?

This is a single day event.  No camping will be allowed.

Will there be trophies?

We have partnered with Blue Spruce Pottery in Bend and have created some fantastic custom tumblers for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for Elite, Masters and Teams Divisions.
