Event Description
On Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 8:00 AM, the Creative Care Foundation will host the 9th Annual Race to Remember 8K Run/1 Mile Walk. The proceeds fom this event will help to fund life enriching programs for residents living at The Lingenfelter Center and Gardens Rehab & Care Center in Kingman.
Money raised in past years has significantly improved the quality of life of those at the Lingenfelter Center and the Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Your contribution allowed our residents to experience activities created to meet the specific needs of the individuals, as well as enjoy enhanced holiday celebrations and out of town trips. Clothing was also provided to those in need.
The race begins at The Lingenfelter Center for Alzheimer's Care in Kingman, AZ. Racers will run alongside Cerbat Cliffs golf course before turning around where the golf course meets the Cerbat Mountains and return to the Lingenfelter Center. While the race is under way, there will be a 1 mile walk happening at the same time. All participants in the race and the walk will receive a shirt and goodie bag, as well as be entered into the raffle drawing.
