| This walk/run is the legacy of Raven A Fecunda, it is her signature event that she thought of but didn't get to see it manifest before she left this earth. Raven had a desire to help others dealing with this disease and didn't want anyone to suffer or do without. Raven wanted to create awareness & give back because she was given so much. So it is with great honor we continue the works of her heart, which is also our hearts desires. Sarcoma cancer is a very rare disease and it covers 1% of all new cancer cases each year. Sarcoma is a cancer that develops out of cells in connective tissues. Raven took her flight to be with the Lord on June 6, 2015. By donating to Raven's foundation you will help us to help others while keeping Raven's legacy alive and meaningful. Please help us, so that we may help others. Raven A. Fecunda's Sunflowers of Destiny Foundation 3rd Annual 5K Walk/Run of Victory
July 21, 2018 7am- 1pm
7am- registration
7:30 pre race warm up and activities
8am- Fun run/walk
8:30 5k Run/walk
9:45 Awards
10:30- 1pm After race activities, food, fun/ Awareness
8am-12 noon-FREE Breast mammograms by Methodist Mansfield Medical will Providing Free mammograms for women without insurance and those who quailify. Call 214.947.0026 to sign up for an appointment during the walk. We need blood donors so we are hosting a BLOOD DRIVE by Carter Bloodcare in honor of Raven ( SIGN UP Required for both- Limited spaces available, if you walk you must donate blood after your walk)

Family activites, face painting, music, food and fellowship
1pm- Closing remarks and thank you to everyone that participated.
The course info:
The park is a well secured area, beautiful and peaceful grounds with greenary and multiple pavillions.
Registration/check in time- 7am
Parking info- There are two parking lots available, car pooling is recommended for groups, but not a requirement.
Waivers and ID'S- Waivers are to be signed electronically and ID's verified at check in station.
What to bring- yourself, your smile, a positive attitude and possibly a towel to dry your face.
What to wear- Remember this is Texas and although we are starting early it will still be hot. So please wear something kool and comfortable shoes are a must.
