Event Description
Description
Forest Bathing comes from the scientifically-backed Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Therapy. Through a series of invitations, you will slow down, awaken your senses and connect with the forest in a deeply personal way. Dress comfortably to walk and sit outdoors, in variable weather. May and June walks take place at North Mountain Park in the p.m. July and August walks take place in the a.m. at Lithia Park (meet at the Ashland Parks Dept. office). Please register online or call the NMP Nature Center at 541-488-6606.
