The Gilbert High School Orchestra is sponsoring the 6th annual

PANCAKE RUN FUNDRAISER

November 3, 2018 at 7:30am

Enjoy the beautiful Fall weather with a pancake breakfast and morning run through the natural habitat of the Gilbert Riparian Preserve. All proceeds go to the Gilbert High School orchestra & student expenses. You may donate your registration fee to a specific GHS orchestra student by indicating their name on the registration form.

6:30am Early Check-in/Late Registration  (Please bring Identification and arrive no later than 7am)

7:15am Late Registration Ends

7:30am Race Begins/Breakfast Line Opens*

*Breakfast is included with each registration.  You will receive a ticket after the race to turn in for a pancake breakfast. 

Parking:   There are limited parking spaces at the Riparian Preserve.  Additional parking can be found in the Southeast Regional Library Parking Lot adjacent to the Riparian at Guadalupe and Greenfield Roads. 

The course will begin at the Riparian Picnic Area and run South alongside the SRP canal from Guadalupe Rd to Elliot Rd.   It will then head North along the same canal and then head west along the southern edge of the Riparian and circle around to the North where the course originated. This distance is 5 kilometers, so those wanting to run 10 kilometers, will repeat the course. 

Shirt sizes requested are not guaranteed unless registered two weeks prior to the event (Saturday, October 20, 2018).  Runners registering the day of the event may not receive an event  shirt. 

Water stations will be availabe at several locations on the course.  Please bring a water bottle to refill. Appropriate running apparel and shoes should be considered as well as a costume if you are running/walking for fun.
