Event Description
Run through serene Tahoe National Forest just north of Truckee as the Donner Party Mountain Runners treat you to a full trail race experience: aid station support, 100% dirt route, full race timing, and finisher medals. This course has been designed to provide a "less scary" trail race experience, perfect for first timers or perhaps some speedsters who are looking for a PR. The 10k (6.2-mile) trail race option is for those who aren't quite ready for the half marathon (13.1-mile) distance.
Race Day Schedule
6:15am - 7am: Check-in & bib pickup
7am - 7:20am: Required race briefing and walk across street to start/finish
7:30am: Half marathon start
7:45am: 10k start
