Let us help you cross that 5 or 10K off your bucket list. Our running guru, Doug Croft, will help you prepare for the Runapalooza on August 25 with a different running workout each week. Both beginner and intermediate runners welcome! Class meets Wednesdays for speed training and Sundays for long runs.
