The Copper Hills 4 Peak Challenge is an opportunity for you to challenge yourself, your family, and friends to a non-competitive day of hiking in the Northwest valley by conquering four mountains, covering 11 miles! 

Want to compete?

Register for the Half Marathon Trail Run or the Elite 21 Mile Trail Run!  NEW this year is the 13.1 Mile Trail Run. And still with us in the 21 Mile Elite Trail Run. Those running the Half Marathon will join this year's Elite in being timed!  Finishing times will be published! 


Whether you are hiking or running the half marathon or elite run - hang out with us after you finish your challenge to enjoy food, fun and celebrate your accomplishment!

Hikers

Hikers will climb to the tops of EastWing, WestWing, Sunrise, and Calderwood Butte Mountains.

  • Start Time: 7am

  • You can choose to do as many or as little of the peaks as you wish, in any order you choose.

  • Transportation between peaks is not available. You must drive to Calderwood  Butte and EastWing mountains.

Hiker registration fee includes:

  • Challenge T-shirt

  • Participant Medal

  • Food Wristband

  • Bib

Half Marathon Trail Runners

Half Marathon Trail Runners will run a 13.1 mile course across 3 peaks! All finishing times will be published!

  • Start Time: 6:30am

Half Marathon registration fee includes:

  • Long Sleeve Challenge Shirt

  • Finisher's Medal

  • Timing device

  • Food Wristband

  • Bragging Rights

Half Marathon registration is open to runners, aged 14 and older.

Elite Trail Runners

Ready for this intense challenge?! As an Elite Runner, you will race against the clock as you chase a defined 21 mile course conquering all 4 peaks! All finishing times will be published!

  • Start Time: 6:30am

Elite registration includes:

  • Jacket

  • Finisher's Medal

  • Timing device

  • Food Wristband

  • Bragging Rights


Elite registration is open to runners, aged 14 and older and the elite course is closed after 6 hours.
