Comfortable already on the trails? Looking to take that next step and tackle longer distances? Racing? Take the next step and learn how to prepare to meet your goals head-on. Learn hands-on from our Salomon Athletes and Staff how to fit and wear the gear. Practice your vertical climbing and downhill technique while fully outfitted in a hydration vest and explore the difference between soft and hard ground shoes/tread. Learn the basic concepts of training, the long run, hill training, speed, and recovery.
