Event Description
Dave's Running first ever women's-only 5K training program in partnership with Mercy Health designed to help you chase your goals and get ready for the Race for the Cure on Sunday, September 30, 2018! Our 6-week program along with our staff of all female coaches will prep our runners whether they are first-timers, part-timers, or seasoned vets to be at the start line confident and READY FOR THE RACE!!
We will meet for group training opportunities on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm!
* Mondays in August will be at Wildwood Metropark, and September will be at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Wednesdays will rotate at the Perrysburg High School track or Fallen Timbers area.
Program Incentives:
6-week training program
2 structured practices per week

Pace Groups:
- First timer/ walker, runner
- 35 minutes (11:45 minutes/mile)
- 30 minutes (10:00 minutes/mile)
- 25 minutes (8:20 minutes/mile)
