ABOUT THE RACE:

Team Showman’s inaugural Superheroes Kickin’ Cancer 5k run/walk.  Come dressed as your favorite superhero!  The event will take place on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at 9:00 AM at Maumee Bay State Park Oregon, OH.  The Superheroes Kickin’ Cancer 5k features a custom finisher’s medal for all participants, as well as a custom short sleeve t-shirt, plus other great swag.  The race will be professionally chip timed by Dave's Timing.  All the proceeds from this race will go to benefit the Leukemia Lymphoma Society of Toledo; dedicated to funding blood cancer research, finding cures, and better treatment options.

Please register early to ensure your spot.  You may register at runsignup.com or you may download our registration form and mail your payment by check or money order to Team Showman. The cost is $25 per person if you register in advance by August 1st, August 2nd $35 per person until race day.

Top Male and Female overall winner award.

Age group awards:

9 and under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.  Custom award to Top Male & Female finishers in each age group

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards for best costumes as judged by the participants.
