FORMAT -
PRE-REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY FOR THIS EVENT
YOU MUST LOAD THE LIFT BY 530 PM.
There are 6 races, each on Wednesday Evening.
Each race consists of one run down the race track.
Courses will be marked and closed to the public during racing.
Access the courses via Lift (discounted lift tickets available for $26).

Week 4 July 18 Freebird to Holy Diver
Week 5 July 25 GNR to Freebird (face / berm donor section)
Week 6 Aug 1 Fan Favorite
ENTRY FEES AND LIFT TICKETS
Entry Fee - $10 / $50 for all 6 races
Discounted lift tickets ($26) are available for the day of the event.

555 pm - Competitors' Meeting at Race Start
600 pm - Race Start - see courses below
645 pm - Awards on the Bierstube Deck.
CATEGORIES*
CAT 1- Fastest riders out there ( Pro, CAT 1, Expert)
CAT 2- Can't hang with the fastest, but still pretty quick (CAT 2, Sport)
CAT 3- New to downhill racing (CAT 3, Beginner)
*all categories run the same track, it is more of who you are competing against.

FAQs
What time should I arrive?
You need to be registered by 5pm online. You must be on the Chair by 5:30.. That includes parking, walking up to the check in window, etc. You must be at the Race Start (for that week) before 6pm.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
8 years old minimum, and you should be pretty confident in your riding skills.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We recommend parking in the upper two lots (Alder/Village Parking as well as Birch Lot which is below the bierstube).

What can I bring into the event?
Bike, High Fives, etc.
Spectators must view race from village area or hike to the race track due to the late start of this race.

What about Bathrooms?
There are bathrooms at the Bierstube, Hellroaring, Village Restrooms located below Ed and Mully’s at the top of the Boardwalk as well as the restrooms near the bottom of Chair 2.

Refunds?
You can refund your ticket here on eventbrite up to 24 hours before the event, for any reason - no drama.
