Event Description

Cold Outside, no worries! Raining Outside, no worries!

The 2nd Annual Groundhog Day Triathlon is all INdoors. The perfect introduction to the 2020 Season. You will get 10 minutes for your swim, 10 minutes transition from pool to bike, 30 minute bike (spin bike), 5 minutes transition from bike to run, and 20 minute run. Each swimmer will have their own lane for the swim, we will with 8 swimmers and a new swimmer will start every 20 minutes. Packet pick up will be the morning of the event, so each athlete will need to be there 45 minutes before their start time. Results will be determined by a distance calculation for each segment of the race in the time allowed.

In addition to the indoor triathlon we will also have a mini expo with bike shops, trainers, and much more. Details to follow.

Each athlete will receive a shirt, bib, finisher medal, hydration bottle, and after event message. What better way to celebrate Groundhog Day!
