Event Description

The Patch Me if You Can 5k will take place at The Patch, the newest pumpkin patch located in Santa Maria. This race is orgnized by highschool students from Santa Maria and proceeds from this race will contribute to youth scholarships. The Patch is located at Los Flores Ranch Park, which is 1,700 acres and full of unique trails and views that you cannot find any where else in Santa Maria. Challenge yourself in our advanced run or take a nice stroll in our beginners/intermediate walk/run. Witness amazing views of the Santa Maria Valley while you push yourself to beat your personal record or simply enjoy a nice walk with family and friends - all while supporting local youth. 

Event details and schedule

7:30 AM - 8:15 AM  Check-in 

8:50 AM - Advanced Race Begins

9:00 AM - Beginner/intermediate Race Begins 

Course info will be available at thepatchsantamaria.com under the "event calendar" tab by 8/15/18. 

There will be no cost for participants and spectators to park. There will be signs to direct you to the correct parking lot location. 

At check-in participants will sign-in, receive their t-shirt, and corn maze bracelet. Participants only need to provide their name for sign-in. 

It is the responsibility of participants to record their race time. Your time will not be recorded by staff. 

Please remember to bring sunscreen and a water bottle as this race is a BOTTLE-FREE RACE. There will be water jugs periodically throughout your race route that are for participants use. 

****Same-day Registration: Participants may register for the Patch Me if You Can Race day-of for $25.00. We will only be accepting cash and check. Day-of registrars will receive free parking and free cornmaze access. Please note- that day-of registrars will not recieve a t-shirt. ****
