Event Description

Join us on Saturday, October 27th 2018 at the Winton Woods Park as we partner with Mommy Has Breast Cancer to help generate hope, awareness and money for families fighting breast cancer. 

This 5K walk raises money to provide much-needed hope to families fighting this awful disease. The proceeds will create funds necessary to pay for educational books to help the children understand Mom’s battle, as well as pay for prepared meal delivery and housekeeping to ease mom’s burden. The remaining funds will be used to provide childcare and transportation assistance to ensure that all women have equal access to care.  Check out our beneficiary's website for more information on this local Cincinnati-based charity.

On-site Registration begins at 9:00am.  The 5K Walk begins at 9:30am.

Winton Woods Park @ Owl Overlook Shelter – 10245 Winton Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45231

The Winton Woods park is located off of Winton Rd in the Forest Park/Greenhills Area. Sweetgum Slopes Shelter is located off of LakeRdige Dr. in close proximity to the Lake in the Harper Meadows Section of the park. If you get lost, look for the signs pointing you to Harper Meadows.

Directions from I-275 : Take I-275 to Winton Road-Forest Park exit, south on Winton Road. You will drive past the main park entrance on your left and at the very next street, you will make a Left turn onto Lakeridge Dr. Take the first left turn into the park and make a right at the first turn. Follow the signs to the walk event site.

Directions from Ronald Reagan Cross-County Highway : Take the Ronald Reagan-Cross County Highway to Winton Road exit, north on Winton Road to Lakeridge Dr. You will make a Right turn onto Lakeridge Dr and take the first left turn into the park. Make a right at the first turn and follow the signs back to the shelter area
