Event Description
Strides NYC and New Balance would like to invite you to the first of our Summer Long Training Run Series.
Designed to help those folks running in any of the upcoming fall marathons, get to the start line with confidence.
**This is a completely open and free event for any distance, level, and ability.
Route:
The route will begin and end at the New Balance FlatIron Store. There will be two water stations on the course and one at the finish provided by New Balance. Remember that this course is not closed and you will be running on the sidewalk, so please be mindful and put your safety first.

Pace Groups:
There will be pacers for the following pace groups: (7:30, 8, 8:30, 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30, 11, 12, 13+) Bike pacers will also accompany the runners from the very front of the pack to the very back, so no one is left behind.
Prep:
Bag check is available, but please pack light. Please dress accordingly and bring the fuel you will be using for the run. As of now, there will NOT be fuel provided ONLY hydration.
Perks:

Recovery:
Fit Club physical therapy will be on site for post run questions, recovery and support.
