Event Description

A group of faculty, graduate students and undergraduate students from Boston College William F. Connell School of Nursing will be traveling to Haiti in January to provide nursing care to the people of Haiti since the horrific earthquake almost nine years ago. We hold a 5k run every year in an effort to fundraise donations. The funds from this race will be used exclusively to purchase medications and medical supplies for Haitians.

Come enjoy a welcoming walk or run, refreshments from community businesses, and a day of community support! Register early to get your CSON in Haiti T-shirt, too! We hope to gather as many students, BC friends and family and local comunity members as we can for a fun event that will contribute to an important mission. Event details and schedule

Ths walk/run will occur Sunday, Septemeber 23rd at 10:00AM. Come by early to get your Bib number and T-shirt (for those pre-registered). The event will be untimed and does not offer age group awards. The course will loop around Boston College and is 3.1 miles in length (5K). Raffles and refreshments will occur after the race!
