Event Description

The EDGE 5k happening on September 23, 2018 is part of a bigger 12 day health, wellness and fitness event happening throughout Bozeman September 12-23rd. We are encouraging a healthy lifestyle in a broad, approachable, maintainable and most importantly fun way! Participants can sign up for the event as a whole, or to specific portions of the event. The 5k (walk or run!) will begin and end at Bogert Park, co-hosted with the Bozeman Running Co. and Lone Mountain Gymnastics who will be offering a circuit workout for kiddos. This will be a timed race. At the end of the 5k, local vendors will be set up with free kombucha, sports massage, a little bit of shopping and some local farms will be selling produce! Each runner will get 1 free raffle ticket to win class packs to fitness studios around town and some other swag, and then everyone is invited to head over to the Rialto for free acupuncture, massage, and cupping. It is only $20 to participate in the 5k which includes the Bogert Park and Rialto activities! Signups at www.edgewellnessweek.com. We can't wait to see you there!
