Event Description
At Stanford Treeathlon, there is a race for everyone. Our draft-legal sprint hosts waves for competitive athletes, and this year includes a shortened F1 races for youth and beginning juniors as well. Our classic sprint offers waves for all athletes, including divisions for collegiate, open, high school, and Senior Games. Finally our Saplingathlon features four races tailored for children aged 6-12.

Saturday March 2
SAPLINGATHLON
12:30 PM - Age 5 and under (Acorns): 0.5 mile bike, 0.1 mile run
1:00 PM - Age 6-7 (Pinecones): 1.2 mile bike, 0.25 mile run
1:30 PM - Age 8-9 (Twigs): 2.4 mile bike, 0.6 mile run
2:00 PM - Age 10-12 (Firewood): 3.6 mile bike, 1.2 mile run
(Note: Waves will begin once all children from the previous wave have completed their race.)
Sunday March 3
DRAFT-LEGAL SPRINT
Transition open 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM
7:00 AM - DL Women
8:00 AM - DL Men
9:00 AM - DL F1 (shortened) for new Juniors and Youth
CLASSIC SPRINT
Transition open 6:00 AM - 10:50 AM
11:00 AM - Collegiate Men
11:15 AM - Collegiate Women
11:30 AM - Open Men Under 40
11:45 AM - Open Men 40 and Over, High School, and Senior Games
12:00 PM - Open Women, High School, Senior Games, Relay Teams, and Duathlon
Packet Pick-Up will be available Saturday 10-5 and Sunday starting at 6 AM.
SWIMMING THE RACE COURSE PRIOR TO RACE DAY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
