Event Description

Join us for the 4th Annual Stanley Harvesting Hope 5K this Thanksgiving to help us in the fight against Prader-Willi Syndrome and childhood obesity.

The course will take runners (and walkers) through the beautiful paths surrounding Central Park in the Stapleton neighborhood. As a family focused event, kids 10 and under are invited to participate in a free 1K fun run and strollers are welcome on the course. Bring your pups, too! Registration includes a t-shirt, swag bag, and timed results along with free entertainment.

8:00 am - 9:45 am - Race Day Registration
9:30 am - Kids Fun Run
10:15 am - 5K Start
11:00 am - 5K Awards
12:00 pm - Courses Closed

About Prader-Willi syndrome
PWS is a genetic disorder that occurs in approximately one out of every 15,000 births, with the most common symptom being insatiable hunger leading to childhood obesity. There is no cure for PWS currently, but the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research is hoping to change that. Any and all donations made at this year's Harvesting Hope 5K will go towards the Foundation.
