Event Description

Lynx Running is excited to launch our first ever M2B Training Program for those looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

With the qualifying marks getting tougher, it becomes more important to have a quality training plan to help you improve as a runner and achieve success.

Our goal is to guide you to your goal, but to not overwhelm you with a burdensome training plan.

  • A proven balanced training plan that has been 3 for 3 for athletes achieving Boston Qualifying Marks for the first time.
  • 2 Weekly Coached Workouts
    • Saturday Endurance Run
    • Tuesday Intervals
  • Complete Training Plan to get you through the training.

We will kick off training on December 8th at 7am at Milestone Running Pacific Beach

The plan will be a very gradual implementation of a progressive training program. Our primary workouts are based in Aerobic Conditioning and Anaerobic Threshold Training. Additionally we will include Steady State runs to develop and feel and confidence in near race pace efforts, as well as progressive runs to work on building intensity into fatigue.
