Event Description

The Kiski Area Shamrock Run 5K Race is a community event for the whole family to enjoy on ST. PATRICK'S DAY, March 16th, 2019.  It is a benefit race/walk to support Kiski Area Junior Varsity and Varsity Track and Field Teams.  This is the second year for the event, created by the Track and Field Booster committee.  We are continuing to make it our annual green tradition!  

The 5K run or walk is for serious or casual runners or walkers of all ages.  The 5K race will be digitally timed by Miles for Smiles and starts at 10 a.m. in Kunkle Park, Apollo PA.  The 5K United States Track and Field certified course is an out and back loop on a beautiful country road with slight elevations.  Race starts and ends in Kunkle Park.  Please join us!

There is also Team Relay Challenge for any 3 participants, where each person will run one mile.
