Event Description

Run the Ghost Race Central Park Segment with Coach Kate McGowan and the lululemon 5th Ave Run Club. Bag check, snacks, and water will be provided. Meet at lululemon 5th ave, 597 5th Avenue, between 48th and 49th. All paces welcome!

The Ghost Race is a virtual 8km running challenge that combines courses carefully curated by lululelmon with technologic fitness tracking and measurements by Strava, the social media network for athletes. 

In this race, participants don't run beside you. By using Strava to track your run, you'll be racing the Ghosts who fiished the course yesterday, and the ones who will crush it tomorrow. Strava uses location-based tacking to reocrd every Ghost Race Runner, so you'll have joined a crew of Ghosts running- and can see how your pace stacks up against them.
