Event Description

Dumbo is the scenic beginning of Brooklyn, home to the most incredible NYC skyline views, the Brooklyn Bridge, epic murals, and historic architecture. Enjoy the beauty of the borough on this 5K Brooklyn running tour. 

On the run, we will go by the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge, taking in the magnificent view of the historic structure that draws millions of visitors per year.

We will also hit the historic Dumbo waterfront, with the best Manhattan skyline views. And it wouldn't be Runstreet without some street art! We will run by incredible murals by world-renowned artists such as Shephard Fairey. The run will include a photo opp on Washington Street, one of the most photographed scenes in the world, with the iconic Manhattan Bridge shot in the background, popularized in the movie "Once Upon A Time in America."

Meeting Point: Meet on the steps of Borough Hall, in downtown Brooklyn at 209 Joralemon Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. To get there by subway, take the 2/3/4/5 trains or R train to Borough Hall Brooklyn stop. 

The run is 5K (3.1 miles), at a relaxed, 10-minute-mile pace, with stops for photos along the way. Dress for the weather as runs are rain or shine. Carry everything you need on the run (no bag drop). There will be a post-run snack bar provided. Run tours may be canceled up to 7 days before the event. If you cancel within less than 7 days of the event, you will receive credit to reschedule your run. You may reschedule once per run. In the event of extreme weather, we will email you to reschedule the run. If you want to book a run with less than 24 hours before the event, email rsvp@runstreet.com to check availability.
