5.2 MILE RACE, 0.52 KM KIDS’ DASH & MOVIE
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2018
REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 8:15 AM – KIDS RACE STARTS AT 9:00 AM – 5.2 MILE RACE STARTS AT 9:15 AM
MOVIE STARTS AT 11:00ISH AM
LOCATION & RACE REGISTRATION:
- Maumee Indoor Theatre, 601 Conant St, Maumee, Ohio.
COURSES:
- 0.52 KM Course: Out and back course. Kids AND kids-at-heart are welcome to participate. (Grownups: We will not be held responsible for pulled hamstrings, groins or calves! Or bruised egos when a 5 year old beats you!)
- 5.2 Mile Course: 5.2 mile out and back course past Side Cut Park and back up that Big Dang Hill! Smile for the camera! (The course is not closed. Run against traffic and follow the curves. That’s how we measured it! Also, say hi to my children, brothers and father as you run by:)
AWARDS:
- All finishers 12 and under in the Kids’ Dash receive a prize, with the top girl and boy getting something extra super-special!
- Top Three overall women (sorry no men!) in running skirts win Second Sole Gift Certificates!
- Overall Male and Female, Overall Master (40+) Male and Female. Overall Grand Master (50+) Male and Female and Overall Senior (60+) Male and Female will receive something extra super-special too!
- Male and Female Age Group Awards – 8 deep.
- Age groups are 10 and Under, 11-15, 16-21, 22-31, 32-41, 42-51, 52, 53–61, 62–71, 72–81, 82 & Older .
- No duplication of awards, except skirts award.
SHIRTS, REFRESHMENTS & OTHER INFO:
- T-Shirts are $10 and available by pre-order only. You know you want one – they’re delightful!
- Water, Sports Drink, Bananas, Hot Chocolate, and CARROT CAKE.
Free Movie: Family-friendly and really good, I just know it!

- 0.52 KM Kids’ Dash is free for all!
- Pre-registration fee: $5 for TRRC Members. $10 for non-members. Pre-registration fees must be postmarked by Monday, 12/19/2018 or hand delivered to Second Sole through Thursday, 12/22/2018.
- Shirts are $10, by pre-order. OK, we will have a few for race day. But don’t push your luck!
- Race Day entry fee is $10 for TRRC members or $15 for non-members.
