Description
Push yourself to the next level by training for a multi-sport event with the all new Tri-Evergreen program. The 12 week triathlon training program is designed by Courtney Culligan, a USA Triathlon and USA Cycling-certified coach. Three group training sessions will be held each week (M/W/F at 10:30am) as well as clinics will be held on a variety of related topics including: triathlon equipment, bike maintenance, road safety, nutrition, hydration plans and transitions. Swim workouts are included, plus an opportunity to train with the Masters team Tuesdays and Thursdays for an additional fee.
