Event Description

The American Legion Auxiliary, Emerald Coast Unit 402 will host the Third Annual Patriot 5K Run/Walk. Proceeds will benefit the Gary Sinise Foundation, Snowball Express Program and the Thomas Drive Volunteer Fire Department.

It starts at the American Legion proceeds out to Griffin Blvd, then a mostly flat shaded course to the entrance of the Commerace park and back to the Legion. Food and drinks will be available post race.

Every registered participant will receive  an original "Patriot 5K" t-shirt. Awards for Overall male and female finishers. Additional awards three deep in age groups starting at under 10 age group to 70+.

Race starts at 8:05am following moments of reflection at 8:00am to honor those who have served and are presently serving our nation.

Early Registration is $30.00 ($15.00 for age 12 and under) Race day registration $35.00 ($20.00 for age 12 and under) Pack pick up will be October 12th. from 1-7pm. At race site. 17680 Ashley Dr. P.C.B., Fl. 32413

Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers and any hand pushed or pulled vehicules will be allowed on the course but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates, skateboards.
