Event Description

A Thanksgiving morning gathering of runners and walkers to celebrate community fellowship while running/walking a 5K (3.1 miles) in and around Woodland High School and the streets that surround the property. Add to that the idea that each participant makes a small donation toward helping Camp Fire (the Butte Fire) disaster relief, and one has a great opportunity to "give back" on a day where gratitude is front and center. One distance, one race; keep it simple yet meaningful, that is the Community 2 Community Thanksgiving Day 5K Run & Walk. All participants receive a commemorative memento for just $25 to enter ($35 on race day).
