About Jeff Galloway’s Program:

The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: of running a 5k, half marathon, or marathon. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers.  Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability.  We would love to have you but, if you're not certain about whether to join, email us at BuffaloGalloway@gmail.com. 

We'll show you how you can reach your goals, have fun, and remain injury free in the process.

5 & 10 Mile Training Kick Off:

12/15/2018 at 8:00am

Delaware Park - Boy and the Dog Statue. 
E. Meadow Drive, Park entrance at Parkside and the 198 
Map will be provided!

We will train at various locations throughout Buffalo and Lockport to train for this 10 mile winter race! Discounts to be offered for all participants on your entry fee! Lockport 10 Race Director will create some special routes throughout Lockport, and our regular routes in Buffalo. 

*There are three options for this race, you can run the full Lockport 10 miler, you can run the Lockport 5 miler, or you can get a friend involved and you can run the Relay (5 miles each!) 

Join us for the winter running season in Buffalo. Run through the winter, stay strong, and get yourself ready for spring speed work and the Buffalo Half Marathon

 

 

 

Half Marathon Training Kick Off:

We will meet at various locations throughout Buffalo for Half Marathon Training. Updates will be communicated via weekly emails to our team. 
Join our members as we conquer the Half Marathon Distance for the second annual half training

 

 

 

 

 

Is this group right for me?

The Jeff Galloway training approach is suitable for all levels and all ages! We focus on achieving your goal distance, injury free while having fun and building fitness. Bring a friend and join us for one of our Saturday morning weekly group runs (first session is free) and experience great comradery, effective training and lots of support. Email us for more information.

 

Training Program membership does not include race entry fees.

 

 Refund Policy:

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only, must be accompanied by a physician’s letter and must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained. People who want to try out Galloway Training may attend up to two group runs free of charge before registering for the season.
