Event Description

The Student Accessibility Services Office at Pasco-Hernando State College is hosting a 5K race to benefit students with disabilities. All proceeds will directly support students who are in need of financial assistance to secure the appropriate documentation for academic accommodations. The funds will allow students access to the services and support that they need to succeed in college.

Participants are invited to run, walk, or roll their way through this 5K course located at the beautiful Porter Campus at Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel. The overall top three male, top three female, and top three wheelchair finishers will be awarded prizes. 

Event details and schedule

The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 with the 5k beginning at 8:00 a.m. Race packets will be distributed beginning at 7:30 a.m. If you are registered as a PHSC student, please bring your student ID. On-site parking is free and wheelchair accessible. Register no later than 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2019 to receive a race T-shirt and goody bag.
