Event Description

THE RACE

• Sunday February 17th at 10AM.
• The course starts and finishes on East Drive near the Lakeside Center (across from the Lincoln Road entrance).
  • Individuals: three loops of prospect park
  • Relay: one loop for each relay participant
• In the interest of safety, the use of headphones is strongly discouraged; pets and strollers are prohibited.
• Baggage check at the Bluestone Café at the Lakeside Center.
• Course Facilities & Post-Race Refreshments:
  • Toilets at start/finish, two water stations on the course plus at Finish area.
  • Bagels, spreads, fruit and hot chocolate will be available at the Bluestone Café at Lakeside Center.

AWARDS

Individuals:

• Cash awards to the top 3 overall men and women in the 10-Miler ($100 first, $50 second, $25 third).
• Awards to the top 3 in each age group: Men/Women 19 and under; 70 and over; every 5-year range in between (20-24, 25-29, and so on).

Relay teams:

• Fastest team in each gender; fastest co-ed team; fastest team where sum of age is over 150; fastest team where sum of age is under 60.
