Please join us on Sunday June 2, 2019 at Ridley Creek State Park (picnic Area 11) for the 1st Annual Inkaway No Regret 5K run and 1 mile walk to benefit the Down Syndrome Interest Group of Delaware County. The 5K race starts at 8:00 AM and the 1 mile walk begins at 8:05AM. This course is pending USATF certification.
Race day registration begins at 7:00 AM.
Water stations will be available for the 5K run at mile 1.5 and at the finish line; post-race refreshments and snacks will also be provided                              Finisher medal for all participants
T-shirt to all participants while supplies last

Packet Pickup will take place at Inkaway Laser Tattoo Removal- 220 Wilmington West Chester Pike (Rt. 202), Chadds Ford, PA 19317 on Friday, May 31st from 5-7PM and Saturday June 1st from 4-7PM.

The Delaware County Down Syndrome Interest Group (DSIG) was formed in 1990 by a group of families touched by Down Syndrome in Delaware County, who are dedicated to living successfully. They strive to promote professional and public awareness and encourage inclusion for those with Down Syndrome.
