Join Ridgefield Running Company this spring to train for the
Run Like a Mother 5k on Mother's Day!
*New formats, plans, and times this year!*
If you consider yourself a "running rookie" or "beginner" this program is for you. Meeting up 2x week for 8 weeks, we use a gentle program that gradually increases walk-run intervals. You'll buildup to finish 3.1 miles with a fist in the air and a smile on your face.
For just $89, you will receive:
- An exclusive 8-week training program, for 2 different levels: Running Rookie & Beginner
- Access to certified coaches
- Experienced pace leaders for twice-weekly training sessions (two different times to choose from! See below.)
- Weekly e-communications that include workouts, motivation, upcoming week’s schedule, and success stories
- 15% discount on full-priced apparel and nutrition and 10% discount on full-priced shoes at Ridgefield Running Company while in the training program
- A "Ridgefield Running Company Training Crew" tech tee.
- Closed group on Facebook for support and encouragement
- A supportive group of like-minded people to run with
Training session times to choose from (you get to attend any two each week; we just ask that you try to stay consistent with your two sessions for scheduling purposes. If you miss a session, you may join another session that same week):
- Saturdays at 7:45 AM
- Tuesdays at 6:00 AM
- Fridays at 9:30 AM
