The course consists of 4 loops.   Every loop will be timed in real time.  You will receive 3 splits and a final time.  Start and finish is at the Greek Shelter
Water Stations: There will be water stations about every 1 miles along the course.  Besides water there will be bananas and oranges and sports drink and gels (brand to be announced soon).

Technical T-shirt: male & female cut
personalized bib (must register 4 weeks prior) commemorative bib thereafter.

Awards/Plaques for Top 3 Age Groups Male and Female 14- 19, 20-24 until 75-79
Note: Awards will NOT be mailed.  If you can not stay for the awards ceremony have a friend pick the award for you. 
Post Race bagels, cream cheese spreads, organic jelly and peanut butter.
