Event Description

Join us for the very 1st POR Sandy Sauté. From the Malibu Canyons to the South Bay, we are bringing our game to the beach, and no better place than Hermosa Beach. Finally a race that allows you to be creative and supports the no pants prance/dance!

The beach run will take place North of the pier. The course heads north in the sand, 1 mile out then loops back to the finish line. All racers will start at 2pm. Yes, we are trying to confuse everyone by having a race that is in the afternoon. We see it as a really good excuse to hang out for a couple more hours!

Just like our Fall races, this run will be best known for its festive atmosphere. Since it is a beach run, this is finally the occasion to ditch our pants. Think about wearing something that embodies the Pants Off Racing name. Tutus, swimsuits, kilt, or whatever else you have laying around.

True to form, all proceeds go to support the families who we support. In order to keep the race fees low, we are keeping this race low on add-ons. The cost of the race is a minimal $25 donation. You will be able to purchase race shirts on race day (limited supply and sizes surely going to sell out).

We also encourage everyone to stay post race and join us at one of the pier local hot spots. We are hoping that the 2pm start time works well for all those that happy hour!

Please email us at pantsoffracing@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Event details and schedule

This race will be attempting to pull off what our organization's name has always implied. This fun beach run will be our first without pants.
