The Mighty Moraine Man Fall multi-sport event hosts Olympic, Sprint, Super-Sprint and Youth Races for triathlon, duathlon, adventure, aqua-bike, Sprint aquathlon and team relays.
Saturday Evening Super Sprint:
Triathlon 400 yard swim, 6.2 mile bike, 1.5 mile run. 11 and older welcome to race.
Duathlon: 1.5 mile run, 6.2 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
Tres Rios Sports Super Sprint Triathlon: 1/2 mile paddle, 6.2 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
Saturday Evening Youth Races open to youth ages 12 and under and race distances will be based on age. We have a youth triathlon and a youth duathlon.
Sunday Sprint Distance Races
Sprint Triathlon Individual or Relay: 750 meter swim, 12.5 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run.
Sprint Duathlon Individual or Relay: 1.5 mile run, 12.5 mile bike and a 3.1 mile run
Aqua Bike: 750 meter swim, 12.5 mile bike
The Tres Rios Sports Sprint Adventure Race Individual or Relay: 1 mile kayak, 12.5 mile bike and a 3.1 mile run
Sunday Olympic Distance Races
Olympic distances include a .9 mile swim, 25 mile bike and a 6.2 mile run.
The Tres Rios Sports Adventure Olympic will be a 2 mile paddle, 25 mile bike and a 6.2 mile run.
The Olympic Duathlon will be a 3.1 mile run, 25 mile bike and a 3.1 mile run
The Olympic Aqua Bike will be a .9 mile swim and a 25 mile bike

Packet pick-up will be available Tuesday and Wednesday that week in Cranberry. Friday and Saturday at Moraine. Pick-up Sunday morning is a fee of $20.
Practice swim on Saturday at 3:00 PM at Lakeview Beach. Super Sprint and youth Races start at 5:00 PM.
Transition opens at 5:30 AM race morning
7:20 AM: Sprint Duathlon Starts, 7:25 is the Adventure Race start, Triathlon 14 and under men at 7:30, 35 and older men at 7:35, women 34 and under and aqua bike at 7:40, 35 and older women at 7:45, novice at 7:50. Olympic races will start at 8:30 AM
