Event Description

About our Event...

The Zeta Zeta chapter of Kappa Delta at Cal State University, San Bernardino is hosting their 9th annual Shamrock 5K Walk/Run March 9th, 2019! The Shamrock Project is a national Kappa Delta program, that both collegian and alumnae support, to raise money for the national and local child abuse prevention organizations. Our goal is to raise $20,000 for the prevention of child abuse. Eighty percent of the funds we raise will stay in our community to fund the incredible work being done by the ChildHelp center in Beaumont. While the remaining 20% will go towards Prevent Child Abuse America. Our run is open to all ages and will follow with a mini carnival which will include games, great music, and food vendors!
