The holidays are over and now running season is in full force and triathlon season is just around the corner so it's the perfect time to work on speed, strength and overall conditioning! This 6 week camp is perfect for both runners and triathletes of all levels as the camp meets at the track so nobody get's lost or dropped and everyone can work at their own level. Kids 12 and older are also welcome to join. (Special pricing for youth) There will be some run testing to determine individual levels so the workouts will be customized. Each session will incorporate technique work that includes drills and dynamic stretching along with speed work. After the cardio portion of each workout we will do some strength work for the hips and glutes along with some other core work which is key for injury prevention. We will meet Wed evenings at 5:30 and Sunday mornings at 8 am with Sunday's having the added option of bringing your bike and bike trainer for some fantastic brick workouts which is a great way to get your triathlon season jumpstarted.
