Event Description
The Level II clinic is designed to prepare coaches to work with developing elite and junior ITU level athletes. The course focuses on specific ITU style race requirements for athletes and covers performance based nutrition, mental skills, key components of training plans and specific workouts in all three disciplines as well as recovery techniques, ITU and World Ranking points systems and much more. This three-and-a-half-day course requires coaches to demonstrate hands-on coaching skills, ATP presentation knowledge and a high level of comprehension of high performance short course race preparation and execution.
All applicants MUST submit and pass an online background check and complete the online SafeSport training prior to attending the clinic.
THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION TRANSFERS. If you cancel this clinic and want to attend another one, you must register for the other clinic. Cancellation fees may apply. Your registration cannot be transferred. There are no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on registration day to February 12, 2019: $25 penalty
Cancellation on or after February 12, 2019: $50 penalty.
Cancellation on or after February 26, 2019: $150 penalty.
Cancellation on or after March 9, 2019: NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS
Clinic Times:
In order to be eligible for certification, you must attend the entire clinic. Clinic check-in will begin at 8:00 AM on Monday April 8, 2019 with the clinic starting promptly at 8:15 AM. The clinic will end by 12:30pm on Thursday April 11, 2019. Please make travel plans accordingly as you will not be able to leave the clinic prior to 12:30 pm to catch flights, etc. No exceptions will be made.
