Event Description

This race is held each year the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend in honor of Rocky Zanowick who was from Miamisburg and who died while serving his country. In 2017 this race had Team Fastrax skydivers jump in the American flag to the start the race. If you were there, you know it was amazing. If you weren't there, you should come this year. You will be proud to be an American!

- The Uriah Edward Zanowick Trust Fund (In memory of Cpl. Paul “Rocky” Zanowick II)

• Top Male & Female Civilian
• Top Male & Female Active Military/Veteran
• 10 & Under : Male & Female combined
• Top 3 Male/Female in age groups: 11-14 15-19 20-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 50-54 55-59 60+-64

SPECIAL ADD-ONS:
If you have a flag that needs to be retired due to being worn, torn, or faded, please bring your flag to the race. You may provide a brief history of the flag if desired (i.e. where it was flown, how long, memorable events that happened at that site, etc). All flags will be turned over to the Boy Scouts of America to be
retired at their next flag retirement ceremony.

REGISTRATION FEES:
$20 per runner: 17 & under
$25 per runner: 18 & older

SHIRTS:
Guaranteed for runners pre-registered by May 18th
