11th Annual Bear Lake Alaskan Salmon Barbeque & 5k

Come enjoy some of Bear Lake's finest scenery as you run or stroll from the St. Charles City Park around the Jericho Loop returning to the park to dine on fresh Alaskan Salmon (or BBQ'd hamburgers for the finicky, non-fish folks). 

Registration includes the run, a cool t-shirt AND the barbeque.  All proceeds benefit the Bear Lake Valley Health Care Foundation. The price is $45.00.

With the help of you, our local community, BLVHC Foundation provides vital funds to support hospital projects beyond funding. This includes providing state-of-the-art medical equipment, improving treatment facilities for patients, supporting staff development and enhancing the hospital environment for all. Register now online to guarantee a t-shirt or you can register the day of the run (*t-shirt sizes are not gauranteed on orders after July 1st).

Packet pick up starts at 7:00 a.m.  The Salmon Run 5k shotgun starts at 8:00 a.m. The course is a 5k or 3.2 mile run with plenty of sites and water stations. 

Dogs on leashes are welcome, young runners and strollers are too!  There's plenty of parking and the barbeque is served from 11:00 a.m. until we run out!
