This is the fourth and final race of the Wild Thangs Trail Series hosted by RUNNINGLANE

REGISTRATION 

The race is capped at 350 runners.

All runners who sign up for the Chupacabra 10K & Half Marathon will receive a t-shirt and finisher award. **The t-shirt is the same shirt for the entire series**

PACKET PICKUP

Chupacabra 10K, Half Marathon: Friday August 23rd, 2019 from 12-6pm.

ALL packet pickups will be at Fleet Feet Sports Huntsville. Fleet Feet is located as 2722 Carl T Jones Dr SE B2, Huntsville, AL 35802. Packets may also be picked up the morning of the race from 6:00am - 6:45am but we encourage you to get there as early as possible!

SHIRTS, AWARDS, WEATHER & CUTOFFS 

he race shirt will be a short sleeve tri-blend shirt.

Age groups will be ten years: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ for ALL races.

In the event of severe weather we will delay the start as necessary to avoid lightening. If severe weather threatens the entire day and does not appear to let up, we may be forced to cancel.

Average Temperatures throughout the summer for Huntsville: Low 65F-75F, High: 85F-95F

There will be very loose cutoffs. Our goal is to get more and more people into this awesome sport that is trail running, no matter what your experience level is. However, we would suggest that if you are not able to maintain 15 minute miles that you please consider doing the Short Series vs the Long Series. There will be a 18 minute/ mile cutoff for Long Series participants.
